"Oh my gosh!"

This is a new world! My companion is Brazilian and his name is Elder Cassenote. He speaks NO English, and I can’t understand anything. My Portuguese is really bad -I can barely speak it. This is the hardest thing I have done. I live in a house that is smaller then our dinning room, the bathroom is really small and the whole thing is a shower. I could take a shower while on the bathroom.
I don’t have my address, I don't have it cause they don’t send mail to my house because its in the middle of A Fevella. So just send everything to the mission home for now. I have been praying and praying so much. I don’t know how I can learn this language when my comp doesn’t understand me and I can’t speak English. Last night was my first night here and I gave my testimony to a couple families and stuff but that’s it. This is harder then I thought! I know that God will help me, its just REALLY HARD. I have no time to do anything -I haven’t even unpacked yet. I am sorry if I don’t write a lot of letters, but I just have no time. I am really tired and it’s really hot here. But other then that I am just great! Haha! Its amazing living in A Favella. When I get a chance I will send some photos for you all to look at.....mom if you knew where I was you wouldn’t have sent me on a mission! Haha! Sorry that probably doesn’t help. Micah I got your letter thank you so much you are amazing, but I don’t have time to write back …I will sometime, I promise. Other family- I love you so much and its nice to here from you. I wont get mail that much I think, So just email once a week, please. Send the rest of my mail to the mission home then I can get it. I love you so much.

Please send this to Sydney, I don’t have time to write her a letter and I want her to know that I am ok. I can’t email her (mission rules) send her this to let her know my address and stuff. Please give her that address it should be in the mission book they sent me. I love you so much again and I hope life is going well.

(Sydnee- I hope you are having fun in Arizona and I really like the hair. ok I love it, it looks really good. Of course you get long hair when I leave haha) hey don’t forget to have fun.
