September 24th Email "Oi"

Hello family of mine! I thank you so much for all your letters and for all that you have done for me. I haven’t read your letters yet cause I will just print them off and read them. I am good, I am really busy, our area is really big and we have a lot of people to teach. We haven’t had a baptism in two weeks so we are pretty sad about that, but we are working really hard and are teaching a lot of families. Last night we were teaching a kid, he is 13, and his mom is a member. We have been teaching him for a while and he hasn’t been for sure if this church is true. He is really smart and has been asking a lot of questions. Last night we were just talking about the church missionaries and stuff and out of nowhere he says (eu quero) which means I want... Yea he wants to be baptized! Its crazy- we didn’t do anything it was all the Lord. Its weird, I felt the lord working his magic with this kid (Luis) that is just one of the many miracles going here. Well today is p-day. First we study until 11:30 then we had lunch, then my comp slept while I studied, now we are emailing then we will go to the bank , then to the store, then to our house to clean, write letters, and stuff. Next p-day we are going bowling with my zone. Yea, yea, yea,- haha! That will be fun.

I wrote Zack a letter last week but never sent it cause I had no time. Zack I wish you a late happy birthday and hope everything was good. What did you get? Well only one more b day I will miss of yours- that’s all. Haha! Well I think I have 6 more months in this area because President Jackson said that a missionary should stay in the same area for 7 to 9 months. Well actually, Pres. Monsoon said it- President Jackson just quoted him. I don’t really know what to write cause I don’t read your emails until after. But everything is good here I am learning a lot. You guys would be proud of me. I make my bed, my room is always clean, I keep track of all my money…. every cent. And I shower every day! Haha! It has been really cold here the last couple days. The rain coat was a great idea. My pants are getting a little small… haha ! I am really fat, I weigh 86.1 kilos! Yea you can do the math, cause its a lot!!! Haha! I love you so so so so much!
